Jeanne Celestine (Britton) LeClerc was the second of four children welcomed by Louise and Hooty Britton on November 12, 1945, passed peacefully away on July 17, 2024.
A 1963 graduate of Lawrenceburg High School, Jeanne was a social butterfly with many dear friends, and loved music and dancing, especially the jitterbug with her brother John.
A loving, doting mother, she and husband Doug were blessed with three children who gave her great joy.
Her attention to detail and work ethic had her climbing the ladder quickly at McDonalds to become a regional assistant manager for many years.
She is now in her heavenly home with the Good Lord and those who have gone before her: Doug, husband of 55 years, parents, Hooty and Louise Britton, brother John Britton and granddaughter, Madison LeClerc.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Nathan LeClerc, Greendale, Matt (Marie) LeClerc, Brownsburg, IN, daughter Celestine (Bill) Birkofer, Coatesville, IN, brother Bob (Sandy) Britton, Greendale, sister Jackie Bagwell, Martinez, GA, five grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Private family services are scheduled, Memorials for Jeanne may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
